Mobile Merchant Account

I purchased a cell phone the 10th of August of this year and now it is the 21st. So I am wondering why my order is taking so long to be shipped? My credit card has been charged, the only problem I am having is if it is normal for an order to take so long? I purchased the cellphone online at the MetroPcs website. When I look at the status it states:

Order Status
Your Results:
Your order is being processed.
Your order has been approved. As soon as it is processed, we will send you an email with shipping information and a tracking number.

So I am pondering does it take so long to ship? Am I going to receive my cellphone? FedEx is the shipping agency that ships their (MetroPcs) cellphones.

So please I need online ordering advice. Since I am not accustomed to regularly online orders.
