		<description>Sounds like scare tactics and shady sales techniques to me. There are no laws affecting cell phone or Internet processing how they described it. If Internet processing was being &#34;cracked down on&#34; in the manner they were insinuating then ecommerce would come to a grinding halt.

FYI, there are rules affecting how the security of Internet transactions. It's called PCI DSS. It shouldn't affect your hand held unit, however.

I should point out that there are some older mobile processing equipment that are obsolete for various reasons, most of them being the wireless service they use being declared obsolete and shut down. Unless your processor has specifically told you that you can't use your unit I wouldn't think twice about what that guy says.</description>
