Well, 4 PM is not that late to order something for overnight delivery, especially for a large company that should be shipping until late in the day. They should have been clear on the site that overnight delivery is guaranteed up to a certain time.

If you don't get delivery today, and it comes tomorrow, you have a perfect right to demand they refund you some of the shipping, or at least give you some credit or free air time. Overnight is overnight, not two nights.

Don't go by any web site that claims to show if an order is processed. Those don't always get updated as frequently as they should, so your order may actually be on the way.

Well, if you had done the 3 to 4 business day option, it would have taken 4 to 5 days total, right? Either way Straight Talk would have been behind on shipping out.

You're paying the price UPS charges for next day delivery, and it will be next day delivery.... from the day Straight Talk sends it out.

So if you had gotten a slower option it still would have taken even longer because the holdup is at Straight Talk. You're still going to get it faster than you would have with the cheaper shipping.
