This is not really a question more like information for you guys. I have been doing this on my own since September 2009, decided not to waste a month with Lexington Law to do the same thing, I have managed to Successfully have my Bankruptcy Chapter 7 (Filed in 2005) DELETED from all 3 [...]

I went to the court records where I live and looked at the case activity which looks like this:
9/19/07- contract complaint filed
10/22/07- summons returned-n.s. reason: no contact
1/14/08- Motion for appointments of special process server filed
1/17/08- appoint special deputy allowed
2/1/08- alias summons issued and returnable
There is an attorney listed as well.
