Should I put my stokes inverteview?
Hi. My wife and i Had a marriage green card interview few days ago and we answered all the questions easily and quickly but at the end the IO asked us about our rent and I said it’s 0. Why so cheap? She said. My USC wife said that a program pays the rest. The IO said that she doesnt think the program alows that we live there as couple. But none uf us new that. so we failed,Then we were sent to an other interview ( stokes interview) coming up in 5 weeks.
So here are my questions.
1-we are looking for a new place before the next interview,should I reschedule the interview if I don’t get one before then?
2-I just got my working permit and SS and i applied for job and Got hired so our finance is pretty low right now we can not afford buying a car or owning expensive properties especially my wife just lost her job, we dont have a lot of money in our joint bank account, also I didn’t have a credit card before because I had no SS meaning that we can’t get the credit card report. Do you think these situation will give us trouble at the interview?
3-I’m also thinking about cancelling the application and taking my wife to my country and live there since i have a bachelor science from there it wiil be very easy to get our life on the path. Because the US green card process it very complicated…but she has never been out the country before will her US citizenship be affected if we do that according to American law?
