Is this legal or a scam?
My sister and I purchased a Rose online for our Step-mom in Austria. The Rose alone was 22 dollars. With other fees we paid around 47 dollars. (We sent the rose since it was the cheapest.) On the 9th we received an e-mail which I didn’t see until today. I had checked because I heard no flowers arrived. Is what they were doing legal???
