I’m in the US and frequently do business with a business in Europe. They tell me how many Euros the purchase is for, I go into my bank and they tell me the exchange rate. I then purchase a bank check for that amount, in US $, and mail it to them via air mail. Done, and never a problem.

The exchange rate might change a little bit over the next few days, but we both agree that it doesn’t change enough to mess-up the transaction. If it goes up a dollar or down a dollar or two, who cares?

I think you answered your own question ie
"credit card"

Other business banking in international use various methods like
TT telegraphic transfer, DRAFT bill of exchange, letter of credit, (EFT is also fee free but may not be able to use internationally), but all have some bank fee attached.
The way you pay/receive may depend on the size of the transaction and the security required
I dont know abbreviation MLM?
