Had anyone recieved a call from T-mobile about paying the bill late and being charged on late fees?
I just got a called from this number 310 526 8838 and it came from Santa Monica, CA and I live in CA.
However, it wasn’t a real person, just a tape and that person asked me if I was the phone user ( press 1 if yes, press 2 if not)and she said my name correctly. So I press 1 and she said that I owe her 1.69 for my Tmobile and told me to call another Tmobile number (I guess it’s a customer service number).
This is so weird because I have signed up for the EasyPay option, meaning that they will take my money from my credit card automatically every month. (They usually process it 3 days before the due date) I just checked my online account and found out that I don’t owe them anything.
Plus, the number that the lady from the tape told me did not corresponding with any number on any of my bills. This is weird. I got the lastest bill and it was 8.82 (which is not the number that I heard from the call)
