do anyone know how to purchase a thing using telephone?
em… i would like to purchase a laptop via telephone. the operator ask me to give him my credit card no, expiry date and the 4 digits security code. shall i give it or not? as i know tat the security code is confidential one. it would be dangerous if i reveal the security code, as the person may then mis-use my credit card. so can anyone tell me what is the proper procedure and process ??
