		<description>Your bank can't help you, you need to resolve it through the companies who are charging you.  Most companies are willing to clear this stuff up - but since your charges are pending and you ran them through as credit, it may take up to a week to see that money posted back to your account.  I would ask your bank to give you some sort of printout of the pending charges so that you have proof - there should be information about the company, the card used, even codes to trace the transaction on the screen that they can see.  If all else fails, contact the Better Business Bureau and submit a report for deceptive practices.  The majority of companies who find themselves listed negatively on this site will do everything they can to see that it becomes listed as &#34;resolved&#34; instead of negative.</description>
