Can someone help me my credit card is being denied by paypal?
I purchased loads of stuff from ebay, and now I’m trying to buy a cell phone, and paypal is not accepting the credit card I’ve been using for ages. So annoying, can anyone help? The seller is getting annoyed, he wants to be paid, and I want to receive my phone as soon as possible.
Well, as for what I know, it hasn’t expired, the expiry date is still a fw months away, so I don’t think it’s that, but perhaps, you’re right, it’s because I exceeded my limit. So what should I do?
